We require a valid card on file for ALL appointments. This is a placeholder for your appointment and WILL NOT be charged UNLESS you violate the cancellation/rescheduling or no-show policies.

LATE POLICY

Appointments and Bookings

At E.N.V.Y., we strive to provide an exceptional standard of care. In order to achieve this, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. If you have booked an appointment online, your appointment might require a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your service at checkout.

Cancellations

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; however, we kindly request that you provide 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be refunded or can be applied to a future appointment. Cancellations made within the 24-hour time frame will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service booked.

Late Appointments

We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your session or shorten the treatment duration. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply.

Missed Appointments

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, a missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects our ability to serve other clients but also results in lost time and resources. The full cost of the service is charged for these appointments. We appreciate your continued support and understanding.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

A fee of 25% for cancellations or reschedules not made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged to the card on file or a fee will be added to your account. This includes rebooking within 24 hours.

NO-SHOW POLICY

A fee of 50% of your service for no-shows will be charged to the card on file or a fee will be added to your account.

REFUND POLICY

All gift card, package, service and product sales are final.

Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your paperwork. We know the first time can be a little scary but our specialists are highly trained and will walk you through the process, keep the laughs going and make an uncomfortable service a delightful experience. We can't wait to remove those unwanted hairs.
